Host Family Offering

We often have students join us from out of state for the Lyceum Music Festival, so we’ve made it easier than ever for you to attend from afar!

 Student Hosted $150

For students 14 and up, if you’re planning on attending the Festival from out of town we can accommodate you. We have families of students who are also enrolled in the Festival who are willing to take care of your stay. These families will be responsible for picking you up from the airport and dropping you off. You could also connect at orientation on the first day. Host Families provide lodging, breakfast and dinner each day, as well as transportation to and from Festival activities. Simply fill out this host form to help us place you with a family best-suited to your age and needs. The $150 expense goes directly to the host family for their generosity.

If your student is under 14 and wants to attend from out of town, please arrange your own lodging and travel. It is the policy of the American Heritage School that students under 14 do not participate in overnight activities. They are still invited to come and participate in the Festival, but we will not be able to provide accommodations for them.

Host Family $150 credit

Families wishing to host students for the week will receive a $150 credit per student hosted to their account for providing these students lodging, breakfast and dinner each day, and transportation to and from the festival activities as well as to and from the airport. We will use the information each student gives us to help us place them with the right families. Interested families can indicate a willingness to host students via the enrollment form and may be contacted for additional information if demand requires. If a student is placed with your family, your account will receive the $150 credit.
