Young musicians discover the joy of orchestral music-making in this introductory string orchestra, expertly led by Director Caroline Lundberg. Students will be challenged and inspired by exciting repertoire, including One-Bow Concerto and Dragon Dances, while expert coaches provide guidance in a supportive, safe and encouraging learning environment. Daily on-site activities foster new friendships and offer a healthy balance to rehearsals for the festival’s budding musicians. The week concludes with a fun and engaging finale concert that highlights the skills, confidence, and love of music students develop throughout the camp.
